Managers should make decision keeping in view the various interest group such as workers, customers, supplier etc. those decisions should be taken which do not harm society.

Self – interest of managers should not hinder a perception of problem. His aim shouldn’t be personal but social welfare and his decision should be in its favour of that backward and forward linkages of decisions need to be properly understood.

Decision should leave the manager in a state of healthy mental peace we should have a positive attitude.

Decision taken should go for common good and after taking decision we should remain calm and peaceful.

Decision creates more of unity and harmony in the environment. One should be a good listener and also try to understand others. There should be unity among employers and employees and decision should be taken in favour of everyone.
