Shareholders and investors are company – owners. They expect proper return on their investment. So, the company should provide detail information regarding expenditure and overall performance of the company. Fair and ethical treatment should be provided to them in the following manner:

  • The money invested by them should be judiciously used.
  • No personal expenditure should form part of the investor’s money.
  • The management should provide detailed information regarding expenditure.
  • Proper return and dividends must be given.

Organization exists within the society and their members are come from the society. Every society has its own value and names. Similarly the organization has its own values and norms towards society. Here, business organizations are expected to play a leading role in solving the social problems. They should not create nuisances. Proper measures should be taken for disposal of industrial pollutants. They should take care of their physical and environmental problems also. Social obligations are to be properly discharged by the business organizations. So, that the society can develop at all level human task and performance.
